Free WiFi and continental breakfast, what a treat! Shops, cafes, and music venues all around. Loved the terrace and bar.
Oh, how I adored climbing the stairs with my husband's lung issue. Nothing beats a tiny sink for a refreshing face wash.

Really had great stay for a business trip. Fairly clean hotel in a nice building near restaurants and shopping as well as central train station. Marvellous and awesome location to Australian National Maritime Museum. Also, central to everything very quiet which surprised me being above a pub. Immaculate and fantastic room in the bar downstairs, lovely stuff...

The best aspects of my Easter weekend stay were the comfortable rooms and the convenient location. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring the area. The location was ideal, situated in the heart of Surry Hills with easy access to trendy cafes, bars, and shops. Additionally, the communal area was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide selection of breakfast options to start the day off right.
One of the worst aspects was the inability to open the windows in the bedroom, resulting in a stuffy atmosphere at times. It would have been nice to have some fresh air circulation.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially the manager Shawn, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was stress-free and enjoyable. They even paid for our travel cards, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The location is excellent, and the rooms are soundproofed, providing a peaceful environment. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a shared kitchen with a pod coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. we were impressed with the level of service and the attention to detail at this hotel.
One minor issue we encountered was with the hot water system on our first night. However, the general manager promptly had it fixed the next day and was very apologetic.

I was initially worried when I arrived at the Crown Hotel Surry Hills, but my opinion quickly changed when I was taken to my room on the second floor. It was clean, quiet, and provided a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, with many great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. I would highly recommend this hidden gem in a great location.

I absolutely loved the cozy and classy decor of the hotel. The beautiful paintings and elegant furniture gave it a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained, and I felt comfortable and relaxed while exploring the hotel. As a senior person, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The ramps and wide hallways made it easy for me to move around with my cane, and the staff was always willing to assist me when needed.
I would have liked to see more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with lots of delicious dining options and easy access to public transportation. Surprisingly, it was very quiet despite being above a pub and close to the football stadium. The room was a good size and nicely decorated with a kitchen available for use at any time.
The pillows offered little neck support, offering some discomfort for light sleepers like me.

Breakfast was decent with lots of options to choose from and the staff were friendly. Location of the hotel was superb, close to lots of bars and restaurants and walking distance to many attractions. The room was modern with double glazing, which was great for a good night's sleep.
The bathroom was not very clean, the grout on the floor tiles and in the shower cubicle needed refreshing and the hot water was inconsistent. The loading area was also difficult to navigate and we had to park in the shopping centre nearby.

As women traveling alone, we absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace for some fresh air. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Felt more than at home, no complaints whatsoever.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for someone like me who uses an electric wheelchair. The location was superb, right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety.

During my business trip, I had the chance to stay at a 4-star boutique hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great bed. The location was spot on, close to public transportation and various restaurants. A great advantage was the friendly staff, always willing to help with a smile.
The hotel is in the process of renovation, which made it somewhat incomplete. At times, the cleanliness of the room could have been better.
